Quotations and measurements
Indicative discussions or photograph-based estimates are not final quotations. Measurements, fixing surfaces, access and site conditions must be confirmed. A quotation is valid for the period stated and may change if the scope or property conditions change.
Installation access
Customers should provide safe, agreed access to the work area and identify concealed services or restrictions where known. Installation timing may change because of weather, building permissions, material availability or unsafe access.
Product use and care
Invisible grills are supplementary residential barriers. They must not be climbed, overloaded, cut or altered by unqualified persons. Children and pets still require responsible supervision. Follow the care guidance provided at handover.
